The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days as of submitting the application (see below) or submit evidence that they have transferred the goods to the carrier within the said period.
Return of goods by a registered customer
1. Open “Account settings”, “Orders” (or click here).
2. Find the order you wish to return and click “Return”.
3. Fill in the form: specify the products, the reason for returning them and method of return.
4. Return the products according to the selected method of return.
Return of goods by a non-registered customer
1. Fill in the Application for returning goods
2. Send the filled in application to the e-mail epood@optimera.ee
3. Return the products according to the selected method of return.
Methods for returning goods
Ordered goods can be returned to Ehituse ABC shops or via Omniva, depending on the delivery method.
If the delivery method was “I will collect myself” (to a Ehituse ABC shop)
You can return the goods only to Ehituse ABC shops – choose the most convenient for you.
If the delivery method was “Omniva parcel machine”
Goods can be returned:
1. To Omniva parcel machines by using the return code in the text message;
2. To an Ehituse ABC shop that is most convenient for you.
If the delivery method was “Omniva collection point”
Goods can be returned:
1. To an Omniva collection point;
2. To an Ehituse ABC shop that is most convenient for you.
If the delivery method was “Omniva courier”
The goods can be returned only to an Ehituse ABC shop that is most convenient for you.
If the delivery method was “Special transport”
